This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how 100andMore Corporation (“Company” or “we” or “us”) collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal information (“Information”) from our users (“you”) in connection with the website located at http://www.100am.co, and related apps and online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We obtain Information in the following forms: (1) Information provided by you as part of registration, and (2) Information that is obtained from your use of the Services

(1) Information provided by you:  You may be required to register in order to access certain features of the Services. To become a registered user, you will be asked to create a personal account, which may include your name, login name and password, email address, and in some cases, payment information.  In the course of scanning or otherwise submitting business cards or other information to us as part of your use of the Services, you may provide us with personal information of others. Such third-party Information will also be processed in accordance with this Policy.

(2) Information from your Use of the Services:  We may automatically collect certain Information from your use of the Services, such as usage data, preferences, or any other data that includes Information concerning how you use the Services. In particular, we may collect the following types of Information:

·         your browser type, language, plug-ins, Internet domain and operating system;

·         your Internet Protocol (IP) address;

·         the website(s) you visited before visiting the Services and the website(s) you visited after visiting the Services;

·         unique identifiers, including mobile device identification numbers, that may identify the physical location of such devices;

·         data collected through cookies and other tracking technologies; and

·         data related to your interactions with content on the Services, such as the type of content viewed or favorited in the Services.

·         payment data: when you purchase a subscription or any in-app content, you provide our payment processor with your payment information. We do not store such information on our servers.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

We use Information collected from your use of the Services specifically to: (i) analyze, operate and improve the Services; (ii) customize the content you see when you use the Services; (iii) enforce this Agreement; (iv) conduct market analysis, traffic flow analysis and related reporting to third parties; and (v) for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your Information.

We may share certain Information with third party vendors who supply software applications, web hosting and other technologies for the Services. We will only provide these third parties with access to Information that is reasonably necessary to perform their work or comply with the law. Those third parties will never use such Information for any other purpose except to provide services in connection with the Services.

We will not share or sell any of your Information to any third party except as otherwise stated in this Policy and in the following circumstances: (a) in response to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, to the extent permitted and as restricted by law; (b) when disclosure is required to maintain the security and integrity of the Services, or to protect any user’s security or the security of other persons, consistent with applicable laws; (c) when disclosure is directed or consented to by the user who has input the Information; (d) in the event that we go through a business transition, such as a merger, divestiture, acquisition, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred; or (e) in limited circumstances, we may disclose your email address in order to comply with laws and regulations, including the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act of 2003).

Please note that we may retain certain Information after your account has been terminated.  We reserve the right to use your Information in any aggregated data collection after you have terminated your Account, however we will ensure that the use of such Information will not identify you personally.

When you share a digital business card with your friends or share it on social media, others can see your complete business card information, such as name, company, job title, cell phone/phone number, e-mail address, company address, and so on.

Our Products will ask you for the following permissions during regular operation:

1. Storage: Having access to device storage in order to read and manage digital business card

2. Camera & Album: Using your device’s camera and photo album to take photos and for the functions of auto crop and exchange of cards via QR Code

3. Contacts: Accessing device contacts to use the function of importing phone contacts and saving digital business cards to contacts

4. Location: Accessing device location to exchange cards via Nearby and discover events nearby

5. Calendar: Accessing and storing calendar information for the ToDo function

It is required to grant these permissions otherwise the stated functions may not work as intended.

Our Products may have the function of user information display. For the purpose of performing contract, we collect and use your information to operate or improve our service and assist our user in managing interpersonal relations, online networking and interpersonal relations development by application of technology.
